Conditions of Stay
- Booking cancelled 1 month or more before stay - 100% refund
- Booking cancelled 2 weeks or more before stay - 50% refund
- Booking cancelled less than 2 weeks before stay - No refund
- The speed limit on the campsite is 5mph at all times for the safety of children. This is clearly signposted around the campsite and we ask that you adhere to this speed.
- Cars cannot be kept on site at any time and must be parked in the campsite car park after unloading/loading as directed by the Warden
- Between 11.30pm and 7.30am please ensure that you do not create excessive or disruptive noise that would be deemed as a nuisance to others.
- We have a one-way driving system around the site that is clearly signposted.
- All persons under the age of 18 years remain the total responsibility of the accompanying adults and must be supervised accordingly. Persons under 18 cannot be left on site at anytime without a supervised adult.
- Campers with children under the age of 6 years must be supervised at all times when using the play area, toilets or showers.
- Please ensure that your children do not take water from the facilities block for play purposes. There are a number of taps around the campsite to use for this purpose.
- All football and cricket games are prohibited onsite (softball is acceptable). We have a fantastic park at the back of the site for playing footie and cricket.
- For safety reasons, unfortunately we do not allow the riding of bikes (including quads) whether electric or manual, or scooters.
- Due to Fire Regulations disposable BBQ’s must be placed on bricks or a slab so as not to burn the grass. Only charcoal is to be used on Barbeques. Wood burning or open fires are prohibited at all times.
- The possession or use of fire arms, imitation or otherwise, catapults or similar is prohibited at any time.
- Dogs and other animals must be kept on a lead at all times, not left unattended and to a maximum 6ft lead line.
- Please do not allow your dogs to mess on site. Laleham Park has fantastic dog walking facilities. All animals must be supervised by an adult.
- We retain the right to withdraw the pitch, without a refund, from anyone considered not complying with site Conditions of Stay or have not paid their fees in line with their stay.
- Please vacate your pitch by 12 noon on the day of your departure unless prior agreement has been made with the Warden or duty Warden.
