Laleham  camping club Family Tent Terms and conditions.

 

Weekly start and finish dates can only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Deposit refunds will only be given under the following conditions.

 

Booking cancellations:

 

Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival, a full refund will be given.

 

Bookings cancelled more than 48hrs but less than 2 weeks before arrival, a 50% refunded will be given.

 

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, no refund can be given.

 

Once you have arrived:

 

Each tent has an itinerary that will be checked and agreed with you at the beginning of your holiday.

 

At the end of your holiday the itinerary will be rechecked and any items missing, damaged or rendered unserviceable in any way will be deducted from your deposit.
